Look within — to truly feel
Transformational Breathwork, Integral Holistic Massage, Intuitive Coaching, and Reiki are a few body-oriented ways of self-exploration. They have helped me to get to know myself more deeply, and I would be happy to walk alongside you on that path.
In practice, these approaches often flow together naturally. During breathwork, touch may play a part; during massage and Reiki, conscious breathing and coaching can help you feel more deeply.

Connected Breathwork
What does it help with?
Verbonden ademwerk activeert het zenuwstelsel, waardoor spanning en emoties die vastzitten weer kunnen loslaten. Dat brengt bevrijding, ontspanning en helderheid. Je ervaart dat je ademhaling en lichaam veilig zijn — ook onder spanning. Ik help niet per se hoe je (beter) kunt ademen.
How does the breathing work?
You breathe gently and continuously — in and out through the nose. The inhale is active, as if smelling a flower, and the exhale releases naturally. Beforehand, I’ll explain the why of this (subtle) way of breathing.
What happens in a session?
We begin with a short grounding exercise and a brief check-in. Then you’ll breathe for about an hour. We close with time for integration and reflection, so everything can settle gently.

Integral Holistic Massage
What does it help with?
Using a blend of massage techniques (integral), we work through the physical body to deeper levels—emotional, mental, and spiritual (holistic). It helps to ease pain, brings deep relaxation, and enhances self-awareness, and reminds you of your wholeness.
What happens in a session? We start with a brief conversation to clarify where attention is needed. Then I work intuitively — often starting at the back, before focusing on the area that holds tension or pain. We end with integration and a few moments to reflect.
Good to know
I work directly on the skin using organic sesame or almond oil, sometimes enriched with essential oils. The massage may at times be deep and intense, and at other times gentle and energetic — always carefully attuned to what you need.

Intuitive Coaching
What does it help with?
If breathwork or massage feels too physical for you right now, intuitive coaching offers a gentler entry point. Through conversation and body-oriented exercises, we explore what’s going on — safely and insightfully.
What happens in a session?
After a short intake, we explore your question together. In attunement, I use intuitive exercises from NLP, systemic work, movement, meditation, yoga, or self-inquiry. This helps you uncover patterns, blockages, and inner resources.

Reiki Treatment
What does it help with?
It supports and relieves (mild) physical and mental complaints such as pain, stress, and fatigue. I see it as a meditation between practitioner and client, restoring the latter's energy balance.
What happens in a session?
Beforehand, we may discuss any complaints, intentions, wishes, or life needs. During the session, you lie fully clothed on a treatment table or sit on a chair if that's more comfortable for you. Then I place my hands in specific positions, often focusing on the chakras. Afterward, we share our experiences and insights.
These are brief descriptions of how we work. I'd be happy to explain them during our introductory meeting.

The urge to release tension or emotional weight quickly often works against us — what has taken years to build needs time and softness to unwind.
It’s usually kindness and acceptance that bring the most profound change.
That’s why several sessions are often helpful — to let trust grow in the process, in our collaboration, and most of all, in yourself.
Becoming aware of tension or old pain can sometimes feel intense or confusing — yet it can also be liberating, healing, and at times even light or humorous.
Most of the time I walk beside you. Sometimes I lead, sometimes I follow — always attuned to what’s needed in the moment.
The essence remains that you feel safe, held, seen, and heard.
When emotions are allowed to move through you, space opens for clarity and calm.
Through my own experience with body-oriented work, I recognize the movements you make — and I know how both vulnerable and freeing that can be.
